Job Description

The Engineer is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuingefforttodeliveroutstandingguest service and financialprofitability.


  • Assist with preventative maintenance and complete report work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, lightbulbs,patchingvinyl,etc.,tomaintainthe hotelandkeep theproductqualitystandard.
  • Maintainthebuildingexterior

  • Refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors windows andcounters.

  • Respond in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and/or requests to ensure strong guestsatisfaction

  • Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electricalwork,painting,HVACworkandmasonry

  • Conductinspectionsforpreventivemaintenanceneeds
