Reporting to the Eastern General Liability Litigation Director. The GL Team Leader is responsible for managing a tenured staff resolving GL coverage, risk transfer, liability and damages in compliance with corporate claim settlement policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Leading approximately 7 General Liability Litigation Claim Handlers with corresponding claim inventories
+ Effectively training, coaching and developing staff to enable optimal job performance and the achievement of individual and professional goals
