General Ledger Supervisor (APAC)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Ledger Supervisor to lead the month-end close and financial reporting activities across APAC entities. This role will oversee general accounting operations, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

General Ledger & Financial Reporting

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Review and approve journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications.
• Ensure timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
• Support preparation of financial reports and management reporting packages.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor GL accountants.
• Monitor team performance and ensure close deadlines are met.
