The Laborer’s job is to clean plant and to clean where and when necessary. The responsibilities encompass the entire plant. $32.06 per hour.
- Operate under direction of plant supervision
- To obtain directives from Shift Supervisor
- Assist with non-mechanical duties such as screen installation
- Follow lockout procedures
- Obtain, use and maintain PPE
- Obtain, use and maintain assigned Tool Kit
- Make sure work area is safe and free of debris
- Ensure that all guards are in place in the immediate work area
- Work will be performed as per supervisor’s instructions
- Assist plant personnel when needed (i.e. short staffed on production)
- You are responsible for ensuring all tools that you use get put away
- You are responsible for reporting any dust emissions as well as all fluid spills or leaks
- Know, Understand and follow Plant Lockout procedures
