**Job Title: General Laborer – Swing/Graveyard**
**Job Description**
This role supports a heavy industrial metal processing facility by performing a variety of general labor tasks, with a primary focus on grinding and inspection of metal parts. You use grinders to remove defects, ensure product quality, and assist with additional production and labor activities as needed across swing and graveyard shifts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate grinders to perform inspection grinding, finish grinding, spot grinding, and all-over grinding on metal parts.
+ Inspect metal parts closely to identify cracks, defects, and imperfections, and grind them down to meet quality standards.
+ Stand for the entire shift while performing grinding and other labor-intensive tasks.
+ Wear and properly use a respirator and other required personal protective equipment throughout the shift.
+ Handle, push, pull, and lift heavy materials and metal parts weighing 75–100 lbs frequentl...
