**Job Title:** General Laborer
**Overview**
Hiring laborers to assist scaffold builders on construction and industrial job sites throughout the Phoenix area. This role includes material handling, scaffold assembly, site setup, and working at heights.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with erecting and dismantling scaffolding
+ Load, unload, and move scaffold materials
+ Support daily job site setup and cleanup
+ Use basic hand tools to assemble scaffold components
+ Follow foreman direction and safety procedures
+ Travel to job sites throughout the Phoenix area
**Requirements**
+ Construction or general labor experience preferred
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
+ Comfortable working at heights (20–60 feet)
+ Ability to work outdoors in Arizona conditions
+ Reliable transportation and attendance
