**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare products for finishing, including sanding and filling holes and cracks.
+ Load and unload parts onto the conveyor in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring quality.
+ Apply finish or paint efficiently while maintaining quality standards, using either a hand method or a spray gun.
+ Ensure the quality of the finish and mix custom stains as needed.
+ Perform touch-up repairs and help maintain finishing equipment.
+ Recognize quality issues and offer suggestions for improvement.
+ Communicate continually with the department lead regarding observations and issues.
