About the Role:
Manpower is currently hiring Heavy General Labor associates for a leading manufacturing facility in Richland, MS. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment supporting daily operations, quality, and safety.
What Youâll Be Doing:
⢠Support daily production operations
⢠Count, stack, and move finished products
⢠Inspect materials for quality standards
⢠Follow work orders and production instructions
⢠Use basic tools and assist with clean-up
⢠Maintain a safe work environment
⢠Assist team members and machine operators
Requirements:
⢠Ability to perform heavy physical work
⢠Must be able to work any shift
⢠Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
⢠Strong attendance and reliability
Screening Requirements:
⢠7-year criminal background check
⢠4-panel drug screen
