Summary You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the DDG Class Project Engineering Branch, Avaliability Support & Planning Division, Chief Engineer, Engineering Department, Norfolk Ship Support Activity (NSSA), of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR. Responsibilities You will provide engineering/technical services during availability planning. You will attend all pre-availability planning meetings. You will provide oversight of the contractor's technical performance of shipboard work for compliance to contact specifications. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
