JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Dentistry Specialty: Dentistry - General Dentistry Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Eureka, CA Service Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Aug 10, 2026 Ongoing Shift Schedule: Mon Fri, 8a 5p Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Vendor PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: 50% adults, 50% pediatric Average Daily Volume: 16-18 FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC/BE Licenses: Licensed in CA DEA: Active DEA needed before starting Certifications: BLS Duties & Responsibilities Provide general dentistry services to a mixed patient panel of 50% adults and 50% pediatric patients Manage a daily patient volume of 16-18 patients per day Complete chart closure within 72 hours of patient visit Commit to a minimum 3-month assignment with the option to extend Maintain compliance with all required immunizations and credentialing documentation
