General Claims Associate, Part-Time Student Worker

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and customer-focused part-time General Claims Associate (Student Worker) to join our First Notice of Loss (FNOL) department in our West Trenton office. This role serves as the first point of contact for policyholders, claimants or other parties reporting claims.

As part of our FNOL team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries concerning the claim process and collecting essential details about the incident, to accurately and efficiently establish new Auto, Property and Commercial claims.

This is a year-round, part-time position for students actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program. Work hours are designed to flex around academic obligations. The average hours for the position are approximately 15-20 hours per week and can be scheduled anytime during the hours of 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on weekdays.
