Job Description:
GenAI Technical Consulting/Coaching:
- Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions for developers (on-demand model).
- Lead short-term application ramp-ups (2–3-week engagements) for specific scrum or application teams.
- Evaluate developer usage patterns and identify opportunities for improvement in AI-assisted workflows.
Teach best practices for AI primitives:
o Prompt engineering
o Copilot usage and optimization
o Context and repository management
o Debugging incorrect/failed agent behavior
o Managing or extending custom agents
- Participate in community events, office hours, and expert appointments hosted by Level Up.
