Requirements The GenAI Solution Architect will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of next-generation Generative AI solutions within the Contact Center, AI, and CRM domain, with a strong focus on enhancing enterprise chatbot capabilities. Responsible for modernizing the AI platform to improve scalability while incorporating emerging technologies such as Voice AI, multi-turn conversations, conversational memory, agent evaluation, MCP servers, and Agentic AI to deliver superior customer experiences.
