The GCS PMO Intern will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth daily execution of project governance, launch coordination, and data maintenance within Global Customer Support. A core focus of this 12‑month assignment is serving as the primary system operator and central contact point for our new centralized Airtable solution.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Central Airtable Operations & Program Support – Act as the primary operational contact and administrator for the centralized Airtable solution across all strategy programs. Maintain and continuously evolve the Airtable architecture, schemas, and fields to match changing program requirements. Build and optimize customized user interfaces and dashboards within Airtable tailored to the operational needs of different program teams. Ensure data consistency and integrity so that information seamlessly feeds into broader portfolio dashboards.
