Job Description
Become a critical team member as the Security Shift Manager at Gateway, ensuring compliance and safety standards throughout the gaming facility. Lead a committed team in maintaining high security levels and excellent public relations.
This full-time role assists the Security Manager in the management of security operations and personnel. You will respond to escalated incidents, oversee investigations to uphold security integrity, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Additionally, you'll handle department administration, including scheduling and payroll oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safeguard assets by monitoring all operations and activities
• Lead investigations into criminal acts and risky behaviors
• Address escalated patron complaints and emergencies efficiently
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with department policies
• Schedule and oversee training for supervisors and staff
