The starting pay for this position is $19.98/hr. for new technicians up to $38.03/hr. for those with substantial prior experience. New technicians will be moved to $23.50/hr. after reaching their anniversary date, $27.02/hr. at their second anniversary date, and additional scheduled increases year over year with continued employment.
