Heavy Duty Mechanic – Gas Compression Tech (Permanent)
Overview
Finning is expanding rapidly in the Peace Region and is hiring 50 Heavy Duty Mechanics to support our growing operations. If you have CAT G3600 experience, you will play a key role in keeping our customers and their CATs running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Field diagnosis and running repairs of Caterpillar gas and diesel engines.
- Large–scale overhauls and rebuilds.
- Component replacements.
- Completing required paperwork and maintaining clear customer communication.
Qualifications
- Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification (Millwright and Automotive also accepted).
- Valid class5 driver’s license with a successful driver’s abstract required for field positions.
- Minimum two years of experience as a Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic.
