Role Overview

The Manager – Legal Notices & Garnishment Operations is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processing of legal notices impacting customer accounts, including garnishments, levies, liens, and subpoenas. The role ensures accurate execution, strict regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder management across a high-volume, compliance-driven environment.

This role leads a team of analysts, ensures SLA delivery, and drives operational excellence across case handling, account actions, and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily processing of legal notices including garnishments, levies, liens, and subpoenas.
• Ensure notices are reviewed for Accuracy, Completeness and Legal sufficiency
