We’re looking for a Ganger for our client based in Invergordon. Long-term opportunity for our client’s busy workload with local projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading squad on housing site
* Allocating daily tasks and ensuring work targets are met
* Assisting site trades as required
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines
Requirements:
* CSCS card essential
* Proven previous experience in leading a small squad including safety and quality
* Strong awareness of health & safety practices
* Strong leadership and communication
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
