Game Systems Designer
Overview
Clash of Clans is our biggest and longest-running live game. We are looking for a Game Systems Designer to join the Clash feature team focused on zero-to-one: creating new systems, progression loops, and player experiences from a blank page rather than iterating on what is already live.
Responsibilities
- Design new systems and player journeys end-to-end, from concept through live release and iteration.
- Own progression systems, onboarding experiences, re‑engagement flows, rewards, and other core parts of the player experience.
- Tackle hard player journeys such as new‑user onboarding, lapsed‑player re‑engagement, funnel optimisation, and rewarding progression loops.
