Job Description
- Support the development of game concepts, mechanics, and features, including drafting clear and structured design documents.
- Define and refine gameplay rules to enhance user engagement and overall player experience.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and audio teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality game delivery.
- Participate in playtesting, analyse feedback, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Keep up with gaming trends and introduce fresh, creative concepts into projects.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in ga me design.
- Solid understanding of gameplay systems, mechanics, and basic game mathematics.
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and clarity.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD)
- Team-oriented mindset, good communication skills, and a strong passion for gaming.
