Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders and product teams to understand business needs, analyse requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable functional specifications. This role serves as the bridge between business users and the technical team, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational objectives and user needs while supporting successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Engage business users and stakeholders to elicit, analyse, validate, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and discussions.
- Facilitate requirement discovery sessions and visualise business processes, user journeys, and proposed solutions to help stakeholders refine and validate requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
