UR is building the backbone for open financial rails with a dedicated FX & Treasury Operations Manager. You will optimise FX rate engines, secure favorable spreads, and oversee settlement across currencies while ensuring compliant, scalable treasury processes.
You will partner with finance and product/engineering to improve risk controls and operational efficiency, supporting rapid growth in a regulated, multi‑currency environment.
