Job Description
Role: Fundraising Head, Gurgaon
Experience: 6+ Years
Salary: Up to 15- 25 LPA
Note: Candidates who have raised at least ₹10Cr+ in fundraising and managed a large portfolio.

Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for building a sustainable fundraising pipeline and mobilizing resources. The individual in this role is expected to drive a multi-crore annual fundraising corpus and will be responsible for strategic partnerships, donor cultivation, and integrated communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising & Resource Mobilization
- Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy targeting corporates, HNIs, foundations, CSR, institutional donors, and international agencies.
