Purpose of Job
The In-House Face-to-Face Fundraiser supports WWF-Malaysia's individual fundraising programme by engaging the public through direct interactions to raise awareness and secure long-term donor support. The role focuses on acquiring new monthly donors, delivering accurate and compelling information about WWF's conservation work, and contributing to the organisation's fundraising and donor retention goals.
Key Outputs
- Achieve or exceed individual donor acquisition targets through effective face-to-face fundraising.
- Act as a brand ambassador for WWF-Malaysia by delivering engaging, accurate, and impactful conservation messaging to the public.
- Successfully convert public engagement into committed donors, ensuring quality sign-ups and clear understanding of donation commitments.
- Uphold high ethical and compliance standards while creating a positive donor experience that supports long-term retention.
