Fund Operations & Settlements Analyst/Associate (Foreign Bank) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Process and execute mutual fund and hedge fund subscription and redemption orders for banking clients.
• Monitor fund transactions and follow up with fund houses and counterparties to ensure timely confirmation of NAVs.
• Liaise with relationship managers, investment advisors and internal teams on fund related operational enquiries.
• Support transaction booking, reconciliation of outstanding orders and resolution of trade exceptions.
• Coordinate with fund houses and custodians for fund setup and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, risk controls and service level standards.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in fund operations, fund administration, investment operations or private banking operations.
