Job Summary The Fund Operations role focuses on managing bank accounts, arranging payments, and overseeing fund management activities, including forecasting and adjustments. It involves preparing financial and data analysis reports, reconciling positions, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate payment settlements. Additionally, the role includes handling various ad-hoc tasks as assigned. This position also involves being in a team of executives to ensure smooth shift operations, achievement of operational KPIs, and overall process accuracy.
Job Descriptions Manage bank accounts and coordinate the arrangement of fund-related payments. Oversee fund management activities, including forecasting, monitoring, and adjustments. Prepare financial and operational data analysis reports for management review. Perform reconciliation of positions, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate settlement of payments.
