Role Overview
Seeking a results-driven Fund Management Team Lead to oversee alternative investment operations, drive process efficiency, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of investor reporting. This leadership role combines hands-on operational expertise with team management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement across multiple investment product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and validate alternative investment transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
- Aggregate, analyze, and normalize complex hedge fund and private equity investor data.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting files for client reporting systems, ensuring data integrity.
