COL's subsidiary, COL Investment Management, Inc., is looking for a Fund Admin Staff.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares invoices, receives and handles payment for suppliers
- Prepares and processes government regulatory filings
- Assists and supports accountant with day-to-day accounting duties
- Assists and supports front office functions and administrative needs
- Prepares the trade and investments transactions of the Funds and coordinates with counterparty institutions to ensure that trade details are accurate and complete
- Ensures that proof of purchase and sale as well as proof of ownership of investments and traders are properly documented
- Coordinates with the company's back office operations, system and accounting for proper booking and reporting of trades and investments
