Functions Coordinator


  • Parking on site and close to public transport

  • Meals provided while you're working

  • Monday - Friday, 9am to 2pm part time shifts with availability required for out of school hours function activity

    THE POSITION

  • This role is responsible for the successful coordination, events and functions, including client (internal and external) liaison and dining operations.

  • Plan for functions and events - this includes compiling run sheets, floorplans and managing invoicing

  • Provide administration support to the site’s management team 

  • Adherence to Our Safety Culture framework is expected
