Summary of Role

We are seeking a highly capable Functional Lead with strong expertise in core banking, specifically corporate and syndicated lending. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of banking systems and a proven track record in engaging with clients across the stages of the Project Lifecycle. This role requires hands‑on leadership in areas such as company and book structures, jurisdictional modelling, integration across core banking modules, and resolution of complex functional issues.

What you will do:

Own the end‑to‑end functional design for corporate and syndicated lending products in Transact.

Lead and conclude decisions related to company and book structures, jurisdictional separation (ROI, UK, NI, US) ...
