We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with expertise in Sales Commissions and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design commission processes, configure solutions, and support implementation and optimisation initiatives across modern commissions platforms.

Experience with one or more leading commissions platformsโ€”including CaptivateIQ, Performio, SAP Callidus, Salesforce Spiff, or Everstage โ€” is required.

  • Lead discovery workshops with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, HR, and Compensation stakeholders.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for commission and incentive compensation programs.
