Shape the Future of Project Operations! Position: D365 Project Operations Functional SME / Functional ConsultantLocation: MississaugaHybrid (3 days/week for first 3 months, then 2 days/week)Contract Length: 6‑Month Contract (with potential to extend)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the functional SME for D365 Project Operations and Finance modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Configure and support D365 solutions to meet business and operational needs.
- Provide production support, including issue triage, root‑cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of system incidents.
- Support testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment of enhancements.
