The Company

We are seeking a Functional Business Analyst to support our client, a well-established leading provider of business services. This is a 12 months contract with possibility of extension.

As a Business Analyst, you will be supporting the migration of Payroll and Accounting processes into our client's Shared Services.


The Role

  • Collaborate with operations to inventory current and target processes.
  • Identify opportunities to migrate processes to Shared Services.
  • Lead process mapping workshops to capture current processes.
  • Design new processes and document them according to quality standards.
  • Update documentation and training materials.
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Plan and implement process improvement projects.
