Requirements:
Major: Psychology, HR Management, or other related fields.
Job Description:
- Support end-to-end learning administration
- Assist in sourcing and compiling information on public training programs
- Prepare and maintain learning materials, communications, attendance-evaluation-feedback records
- Initiate improvement project for smoother learning administration process
Please note that, to be eligible for the MagangHub Program, candidates must:
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Have graduated within the last 12 months.
