Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Function Coordinator to join the Grahamstown team, · Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and venues · Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests · Remaining under budget with all costs as set out by the kitchen, client and function guide · Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise · Planning for potential scenarios that could impact on the integrity of the event · Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events · Managing all events that run through the kitchen, liaising with the Functions Head Chef and Team with regards to menus, orders, planning, and executing ·
