Fullstack Growth Engineer II We’re looking for a Fullstack Growth Engineer II who thrives at the intersection of product thinking, engineering execution, and experimentation.
Key Contributions
Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, application logic, and data models in Ruby on Rails.
Own and deliver growth initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
Build customer-facing product experiences across the Homebase platform.
Contribute to React and TypeScript applications where needed to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Design, build, and evaluate experiments that improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities.
