Teaching Assistant – Full Time (RCT Area)
£93 per day

We are working with a range of primary and secondary schools across the Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) area who are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams and make a positive impact in the classroom.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and behavioural needs
Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
Help implement personalised support plans to meet individual pupil needs
Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
Promote positive behaviour and support students to engage fully in their learning
