At Southbridge Care Homes, we are excited to launch our state-of-the-art facility opening in September 2026. This position requires an RPN to manage medication administration, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with nursing standards. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance resident care while maintaining high standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario.
