Job Description
Join the clinical team as a full-time Occupational Therapist focused on recovery and function improvement in Surrey Newton and Coquitlam. You’ll support clients with occupational injuries through tailored rehabilitation services.
This permanent role involves working within the WSBC Program, conducting evidence-based assessments, and participating in group and individualized education. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapists and Counselors to facilitate clients' return-to-work journeys and support goal setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform functional assessments for diverse work-related injuries
• Develop graded work simulation programs and education sessions
• Liaise with employers and clients throughout rehabilitation
• Plan and monitor return to work strategies
