Job Description
Transform community health care as a full-time Nurse Practitioner at Grenfell Health Centre. Provide health services, collaborate with physicians, and conduct community assessments from your home base in Indian Head.
This position is integral to an interdisciplinary primary health care team, guiding assessments, planning, and evaluations. The Nurse Practitioner will implement health promotion initiatives, emergency care, and supportive instruction. You'll engage in community needs assessments and collaborate with other health professionals for comprehensive care.
