The main purpose of the role is to operate the Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate the LRV according to customer and safety requirementsMonitor displays, dials and other indicators to ensure LRV is operating effectivelyStop at each LRV stop, ensure the door opening and closing sequences in a safe mannerAssist customers with boarding and disembarking the LRV when requiredFollow instructions the Central Control Facility (CCF) via radio systemCommunicate updates on delays and incidents to passengers and CCFPerform LRV checks for all equipment prior to serviceReport LRV, station and depot defects to resolve as soon as possibleRespond to customer needs and follow Keolis’ practices in an emergencyPerform other duties as requested Knowledge and Skills
