You will work alongside technicians and clients to manage repairs efficiently while fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate vehicles for damage and develop repair estimates
• Coordinate with technicians on repair execution
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and suppliers
• Manage claims and write estimates using Mitchell and Qapter
• Oversee the quality of completed repairs
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of bodyshop or hail repair experience
