Job Description
In this role, you’ll support customers, distributors, and contractors by providing product information, processing orders, and coordinating solutions related to heating and storage systems.
Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 annually
Requirements
-2-3 years of direct experience in sales and/or customer service.
-Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and translate customer needs.
-Self motivated with high energy and an enthusiastic, positive approach.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order entry systems.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication.
-Exceptional verbal communication skills with a strong, professional customer presence.
