Full time Cooks and Food Preparation Workers

We are currently seeking a cook/chef to join our team at The Little Parry at Bull Creek, WA. The position is full time. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $75,000 to $85,000 + superannuation will be offered.

Cook Responsibilities:

1. Set up workstations at the beginning of the shift with the required ingredients and cooking equipment.
2. Assist the chef with supervising food preparation activities of other kitchen staff.
3. Collaborating with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service.
4. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking including chopping, peeling, mixing, and cutting.
5. Cook food items by grilling, frying, sauteing and other cooking methods as specified in the recipe or as directed by the chef.
