Salary Range – $75,000 - $85,000

Business Location – Cowes, VIC

Responsibilities

1. Preparation and cooking of food in accordance with our menu.
2. Ensuring food handling and storage is in accordance with food handling regulations and is of the highest standard.
3. Oversee food plating and garnishing, maintaining consistency and artistic presentation.
4. Create and test new recipes, experimenting with Flavors and techniques to innovate the menu.
