We seek a dedicated Baker who will prepare a variety of doughs and batters, overseeing the production cycle from shaping to finishing. You will mentor teammates and ensure all baked goods meet high-quality standards while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare doughs and batters for various bakery items
• Execute the full production cycle for optimal quality
• Mentor team members in safe food handling
• Complete special bakery orders on time
• Oversee daily bakery operations for consistency
Requirements:
• Secondary school completion
• 1-2 years of commercial baking experience
