Job Description
Sources seeks a dedicated full-time Assistant Behavior Consultant to serve families with children facing neurodevelopmental challenges in British Columbia. You'll be integral in delivering effective training, assessment, and support to enhance community resilience.
This role combines direct service with impactful assessments and training programs tailored to meet individual family needs. By collaborating with a team committed to social wellness and incorporating diverse perspectives, your contributions will help shape positive outcomes for clients. Your responsibilities will include crafting intervention plans and facilitating ongoing evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver caregiver training both individually and in groups
• Manage a caseload and provide essential direct support
• Collect and analyze data on client progress
• Create and execute Positive Behavior Support Plans
• Attend and contribute to team meetings for ongoing improvement
