Full Stack Lead Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Lead Engineer with strong hands‑on engineering, architecture ownership, and team leadership experience. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance, cloud‑native applications while mentoring engineers, driving delivery excellence, and supporting modern banking platforms. This role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, frontend technologies, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and AI‑assisted development tools.

- Lead end-to-end architecture and design for scalable, reusable, cloud-native full stack solutions covering backend services and frontend integration.
