Job Description
This is a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer role, can sit fully remote, PJ model and salary range is 19-24/hr USD.
Must-Haves:
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer (initially backend-heavy, evolving into 50/50 full-stack)
• Front-End: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, CSS – primarily building new components (70%) and modifying existing ones (30%)
• Back-End: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Postman, SQL – building APIs, creating controllers, handling DB integration, and returning JSON to front-end
• Strong communication skills
Plusses:
• Experience using AI tools for code generation (e.g., Copilot, Codex, Claude)
Day-to-Day:
